Modified 5/3 to disregard KEY_DOWN events, only listening to KEY_UP

Another utility app that is really just a java wrapper for a few Linux commands that remove apps from your BUG and restart the jvm and OSGi.

A lot of BUG users want to be able to remove an application from their BUG, so I thought I'd put something up to make it fairly painless in the form of an app.

There is a key-combination on your BUGbase that executes the remove and restart commands. In homage to Nintendo's Contra, it is

UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, Hotkey 2, Hotkey 1, Select Button.

There is no warning, if you send this app to your BUG, and execute the key combination, it will remove ALL applications [including itself], and the applications are not recoverable from the BUG. So make sure you have your App saved in the SDK.

A forthcoming release will allow you to remove applications from within the SDK, rendering this app completely useless. This is meant for users who need it now.

Feedback welcome.
